Apparently Kalyway is not the only one who released a Hackintosh 10.5.3 Intel SSE3 Combo Update today. InsanelyMac User p-J has spotted an Intel SSE3 Combo Update by the famous JaS at the Green Demon.
This Update will bring your OSx86 version of Leopard up to the date as of today, just like the one by Kalyway. After the update one can either boot with mach_kernel.new for the 9.3.0 sse3 kernel by modbin, or boot with no kernel to boot the original kernel prior to the update. It’s also possible to use mach_kernel.orig to boot the 10.5.3 vanilla kernel.

All new drivers for most patched hardware have been moved to /System/Library/Disabled Extensions/
If you can’t access smb shares after the update use the ShareFix.pkg!
