It works fine with OSx86, no matter if you use an Intel or AMD CPU.
To install Parallels Desktop on an AMD OSx86 Machine, however, one little string in a file has to be changed before the installation is possible.
Right Click the Installer PKG and choose “Show Package Contents” & open the Info.plist file and replace the string as the following picture describes.
